Scraped, sanded, primed bare, caulked, then two finish coats. We do not paint over failing paint and call it a job.

Doors come off and go to the shop. Sprayed in a clean booth, not brushed in your kitchen with the dust of your kitchen in it.
Every quote you have is the same number for a different job.
Two painters quote your hallway at four thousand. One is budgeting two days of filling, sanding and caulking. The other is budgeting none. Nothing on either quote tells you which one you are getting.
Ours lists it. Every hole, every length of caulk, how many coats and what goes under them. If a line is not on there, we are not doing it, and you know that before you pay anybody.
